Sound Design for Otsu
This is my final sound design project for the MUST2320: Sound Design course at Northeastern University.
The video, Otsu (originally created by One Plus One / Supinfocom), was provided to the class muted, and I was responsible for designing the entire sonic landscape. The core creative challenge involved meticulously crafting the environmental ambience, designing realistic sound effects (foley), and scoring the piece to precisely match the film's emotional narrative and pacing.
The sound effects are a blend of custom-recorded foley and curated, royalty-free assets. The score features original music, composed and recorded by me on piano and MIDI keyboard.
Listen with headphones for the best experience.
BeeCorp Soundtrack
A good friend Josh Gioffre reached out to me to work on a theme song for a mobile game he’s working on, so I gladly accepted the challenge of making my first ever video game OST. The game is currently in pre-alpha, but I’ll link it here when it’s available for download.
Above is a video of me demoing the game (BeeCorp) with the soundtrack I composed playing in the background. Enjoy!
Matteo Farinacci Short Film Score
My longtime friend Matteo Farinacci asked me to score a project for one of his classes at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, CA. This short-film was shot completely on film which I think is so cool. Scoring this movie was particularly challenging for me, but in the end I’m happy with what I came up with.
